**Job brief**:
A coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of an organization by handling administrative and support tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
Scheduling meetings and appointments.
Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
Maintaining and updating databases and records
Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinating with various departments to streamline operations
Assist in managing inventory levels, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
Handle inquiries from clients and suppliers, providing accurate and timely information.
Process orders, invoices, and payments ensuring accuracy and compliance with trading terms.
Address and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
Any graduate degree.
Proven experience in an administrative or back office role, preferably within the chemical trading industry
Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially in Word and Excel.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
