Summary: - Manage and coordinate the day-to-day administrative tasks and operations of the back office. - Provide support to the back office team and ensure efficient and accurate processing of administrative tasks. Responsibilities: - Administrative Tasks: - Manage and maintain accurate records and databases. - Process and coordinate documentation, reports, and correspondence. - Provide data entry support and maintain data integrity. - Operations: - Coordinate and manage the workflow of the back office team. - Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects. - Identify and implement process improvements. - Communication: - Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external clients. - Communicate effectively with the back office team, management, and other departments. - Organization: - Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail. - Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Team Support: - Provide training and guidance to new team members. - Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned. Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
