- **Position Overview**:
- The Back Office Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the operational efficiency of the organization. This position entails managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth internal processes, and collaborating with different departments to enhance productivity.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- 1. **Administrative Support**:
- Manage and organize administrative tasks, including documentation, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- 2. **Process Coordination**:
- Oversee and streamline back office processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with various departments to establish and maintain effective workflows.
- 3. **Communication**:
- Serve as a liaison between the front office, management, and various departments.
- Communicate updates, policies, and procedures to relevant personnel.
- 4. **Data Management**:
- Maintain and update databases and systems to ensure accurate information.
- Analyze data and provide insights for decision-making.
- 5. **Inventory and Supplies**:
- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of materials.
- 6. **Troubleshooting**:
- Identify and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Provide support and solutions to staff in various departments.
- **Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in an administrative or back office role.
- **Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
