**About the Role**

This role of Quality & Compliance assistant is to support St Jude’s Healthcare Services in relation to the organisational requirements to ensure compliance with relevant standards. St Jude’s is one of the leading health care providers in Australia. Reporting to the Senior QC Officer, your primary responsibilities include:

- Going through client or employee feedbacks and incidents on a regular basis, identifying the serious incident or feedback, reporting to the Senior QC Officer.
- Maintaining registers for incidents and feedbacks up to date.
- General admin related tasks such as data entry/management within the QC department.
- Editing, formatting, amending various client, employee, risk and QC forms
- Take meeting minutes and produce reports if needed.
- Assist with monthly statistics and reports relating to client/staff feedback on matters of quality and compliance.

**About You**
- Expert with MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Advanced skills around administrative practices and processes.
- Attention to detail.
- Track record of remaining organized in a deadline-driven environment filled with competing priorities.
- Well-developed interpersonal and report writing skills.
