**Admin Cum Accounts Assistant**
Irinjalakkuda ,Thrissur
**Position Overview**:
The Admin cum Accounts Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a wide range of administrative and accounting tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and field inquiries.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas and take minutes of meetings.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle bank reconciliations.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage petty cash and expense reports.
- Assist in compliance with financial regulations and audits.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Knowledge of accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Trichur District, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
