We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Tele Sales Cum Admin. This role plays a crucial part in our organization by handling both tele sales responsibilities and administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Tele Sales**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our corporate training programs.
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the benefits of our training solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all client interactions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist in maintaining client databases and records.
- Coordinate training schedules and logistics for both virtual and in-person sessions.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role, preferably in the training or education sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
