Ama Commercial Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor the progress of expansion initiatives; provide weekly status of the sales pipeline, and the expansion timeline. Maintain accurate records of potential Partners.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for market expansion. Proactively research and seek industry and market knowledge.
- Assist international business development efforts in proposal development. Support on preparing and delivering compelling presentations.
Pre-sales Stage
- Address Partner’s requests. Resolve customer questions by providing accurate and reliable information.
- Coordinate meetings and calls while scheduling across multiple time zones. Prepare agenda and take minutes for meetings. Maintain manager's calendar, make travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports as needed.
- Coordinate sample deliveries as per customer’s requests.
New Markets Launch
- Develop a detailed project plan to track new markets launch progress.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring the deadlines are met.
- Provide a weekly status for internal review. Inform on deliverable progress, identify potential risks, and raise potential issues.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
Existing Markets
- Develop an understanding of the existing business to support on commercial areas.
- Act as the main point of contact for Marketing, attending Monthly Business Reviews and addressing Market’s inquiries and requests. Liaise with the necessary internal teams.
- Assist in developing and producing marketing materials.
Other Areas
- Provide support on Global presentations, gathering the necessary data across markets, and working on the structure, content, and formatting.
- Manage internal processes as per Company’s Financial, Legal, Compliance procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide general administrative support such as invoice processing, files organization, data collection and reporting.
- Assist on responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate way.
- Assisting in other business initiatives as needed.
IT: Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint)
