**Commercial Assistant**

**Your key responsibilities**
- Manage all commercial data (MDM requests, CMIRs, prices and price conditions, M&L notices, product portfolio, products submitted etc.)
- Collaborate with Customer Care to ensure client satisfaction
- File and maintain all commercial documents, including contracts and agreements
- Perform general administrative tasks, make analysis and reports
- Support account managers for Latest Estimate, vitality reports & open orders, spire report.
- Updating SAP on regular basis to process commercial orders.

**You bring** Requires Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of commercial assistant experience. Good Computer knowledge & experience in working with system & tools: SAP (CMIR, MDM customer, MDM material, sampling, pricing) Projectmaster, Spire, Class.
