**Responsibilities**:

- Build and nurture relationships with potential business partners to convert leads into successful collaborations.
- Work closely to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Implement effective sales strategies to identify new opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
- Articulate the value proposition of our products and services to potential partners.
- Conduct negotiations with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both parties' needs.
- Collaborate with the team to develop pricing strategies and incentives to drive successful negotiations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

**Must Have**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals that align with the company's objectives.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness and integrity in handling sensitive business relationships and confidential information.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, adapt to changes, and contribute to the company's success.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Weekend availability
- Weekend only
