- Handing overqualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business
- Inside Sales Soft calling, maintaining a tracker sheet, etc.
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
- Organising and conducting events such as conferences, webinars, presentations exhibitions
- Supporting the sales manager and other colleagues
