Sales Executive (On-Site, Graveyard Shift)
**Job Description**:
This position offers a competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Possible to Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Sales Process Management: Utilize Salesforce CRM to track and manage sales activities, maintain accurate records, and monitor progress toward sales targets.
- Follow-Up and Closing: Demonstrate expertise in follow-up techniques to move prospects through the sales pipeline and close deals effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide insights and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: Proven track record of success in sales or business development.
- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM is required.
- Sales Skills: Expertise in following up, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to cater to a North American audience.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle objections and challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- On-Site Requirement: Must be available to work on-site at our office every day.
- Graveyard Shift: night shift work aligned with the North American time zone.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to team success.
- Education: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
