**Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive**
**Location**: Kalyani Nagar, Pune
**Department**: Real Estate
**Job Summary**:
The Pre-Sales Consultant will work closely with the sales and technical teams to support sales efforts by providing deep technical knowledge and expertise during the sales cycle. This individual will help identify customer needs, propose technical solutions, and ensure that proposed solutions meet customer requirements. The role requires a blend of technical and commercial skills, along with a strong understanding of customer pain points and how to address them.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Solution Development**: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, design technical solutions, and create presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with potential customers to understand their business challenges, conduct product demonstrations, and clearly articulate how the proposed solution will solve their problems.
- **RFP/RFI Management**: Assist in responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) and information (RFIs), ensuring that responses are accurate, comprehensive, and tailored to the customer’s needs.
- **Technical Expertise**: Serve as a technical advisor and product expert during the sales process, explaining product features, technical requirements, and implementation timelines.
- **Proof of Concept (PoC)**: Lead and manage PoC or pilot projects to validate the proposed solution and demonstrate its value to the customer.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to develop competitive strategies, identify customer concerns, and ensure smooth communication between the customer, sales, and technical teams.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to better position your organization’s offerings.
- **Training & Development**: Provide technical training and product updates to the sales team and channel partners.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with product management, engineering, and support teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and solution delivery.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions architect role.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Familiarity with [insert relevant technologies, platforms, or products for your industry]
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, software development, or other technical solutions depending on the industry
- Experience in designing and delivering technical solutions
- **Soft Skills**:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- **Other**: Willingness to travel for customer meetings and presentations as needed.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Previous experience in [insert industry-specific experience, if applicable].

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
