The
**Process Support Service Continuity & Excellence Senior Expert **will report to the Head of IT Project & Portfolio Management, and is part of the Company's IT Organization. The role is mainly responsible to maintain IT Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery (DR) processes and its compliance. This role is to be based in Bangalore office.

**Your Role**:
The role is responsible for managing virtual teams working in Business Continuity and IT Service Continuity globally. He/She is also responsible for the following IT Service Continuity & Disaster Recovery processes:

- Ensures critical systems can be timely recovered in event of a disaster
- Champions content and quality of the Company's Service Continuity & Disaster Recovery Procedure
- Facilitates global awareness of policy, process and tools
- Reviews and ensures quality of DR planning and testing
- Develops, maintains, and delivers process-related trainings
- Produces regular management reports and KPI's
- Provides evidence or documents needed for company audits
- Reviews and submits non-conformances that are linked to service continuity
- Be involved in ad-hoc special projects when needed

**Who You Are**:

- University degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in IT Service Continuity / Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity / Emergency Management
- Strong experience working in collaboration with IT Infrastructure and Application teams
- Strategy and/or technology consulting experience within a global consulting firm preferred
- Experience with newer technologies such as Cloud infrastructure and Edge data centers
- Project management and experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience implementing large scale service methodology and tools
- Strong Microsoft office skills with proven ability to prepare concise presentations to management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills, ability to break complex problems into manageable tasks
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Ability to drive consensus / set mutually agreeable goals and influence with indirect authority
- ITIL / ISO / BCI Good Practice Guidelines / PMP certifications a plus
