**Job Title**: MICE Ticketing Executive

Location: Sion

Experience: 5 - 10 years

The MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Ticketing Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation for corporate clients attending events, conferences, and exhibitions. This role involves liaising with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences. The MICE Ticketing Executive is expected to provide exceptional customer service, maintain accurate records, and handle any changes or issues that arise in a professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Travel Coordination**: Arrange and manage travel bookings for clients attending MICE events, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, ensuring all bookings are made according to client preferences and budgets.
- **Ticketing and Reservations**: Issue and manage airline tickets, hotel reservations, and car rentals for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with travel policies and regulations.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their travel requirements, provide updates on bookings, and handle any changes or cancellations.
- **Vendor Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other travel service providers to negotiate rates and secure reservations.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Prepare and maintain accurate records of all travel bookings, including itineraries, invoices, and receipts. Generate reports for clients and management as required.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving any travel-related issues, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor and manage travel budgets, ensuring that all bookings are within the client’s budget and in line with their travel policy.
- **Travel Insurance**: Assist clients with travel insurance options and ensure that appropriate coverage is in place for all travel arrangements.
- **Crisis Management**: Handle emergencies and last-minute changes in travel plans, such as flight cancellations, delays, or changes in schedules, by providing alternative solutions to clients.
- **Compliance and Regulations**: Ensure all travel arrangements comply with relevant travel regulations, including visa requirements, travel advisories, and health and safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a ticketing or travel coordination role, preferably within the MICE industry.
- Strong knowledge of global travel booking systems (GDS), such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing travel arrangements and documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes or emergencies effectively.
