Job Title: Support Executive - Flipkart Voice Process
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced and skilled L2 Escalation Support Executive to join our team at Flipkart's voice process. As an L2 Escalation Support Executive, you'll handle complex customer issues, provide excellent resolutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Undergraduate/Graduate degree
- 1+ year of customer handling experience in BPO
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (6-day workweek)
- Week offs as per company policy
Job Details:
- Salary: ₹26,000 CTC + ₹1,000 PLI
- 9-hour working shift
- Rotational shifts
