Corporate Receptionist

Greet and welcome guests and clients professionally.
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Provide support for office events and meetings as needed.
Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company’s services.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
