Job overview

**Responsibilities**:
Determines sales training needs for the dealership and its departments.

Develops and directs sales training plans, programs, and procedures.

Oversees the setup and maintenance of training facilities.

Delivery of training modules for the chosen client, pre training preparation, post training, on sales aspect, create reports & dispatch.

Liaise and coordinate with clients to understand their training requirements. Consult and provide effective solutions, if required.

Close coordination with the other trainers, Area Managers and the Client corporate office to identify and focus on key areas.

Undertake research work to identify sources of information required for development.

Prepares reports on progress of sales trainees under direct or indirect supervision during training periods.

Stays abreast of new training

methods, to ensure effective training programs for sales personnel.

Maintains professional appearance.
**Requirements**:
Graduate preferably B.E. in Automobile or mechanical or similar

5+ years of experience in the field of Sales training, Sales in automobile and related areas is necessary.

Good command over MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Technical knowledge about vehicles and understanding of sales related jobs

Inclination towards researching and being updated on new technologies.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Regional Language.

Should have analytical bend of mind, be creative, good team player and have eye for detail.

Positive attitude and acceptance towards completion timelines and meeting deadlines

Location: Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai/Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi/Kerala, Hyderabad, Kolkata/Assam.
