Requirements:

2. Proven experience of 6 months to 2 years in inside sales, preferably within the fintech, edtech, healthcare, banking, or insurance sectors.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, along with proficiency in a regional language.
4. Strong cold calling skills, with the ability to engage potential clients, address objections, and convert leads into sales.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct cold calls to prospective clients within the assigned territory to introduce our products and services.
2. Initiate and maintain a strong relationship with potential leads to understand their needs and tailor offerings accordingly.
3. Present product information and benefits persuasively, addressing customer queries and objections effectively.
4. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through a combination of inbound and outbound sales activities.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement sales plans, adapting to market trends and customer feedback.
6. Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, document interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.

8. Participate in regular sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge, selling techniques, and communication skills.
