**Minimum qualifications**:

- 8 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience with Indian employment law principles.
- Experience with conducting investigations and advising on disciplinary and investigation processes.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience with stakeholder management in a global organization.
- Experience consulting directly with employees and management, with the ability to collaborate across teams, regions, and time zones.
- Ability to operate with empathy, and diffuse/de-escalate challenging conversations/situations.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure employees are being treated fairly, equitably, and consistently in reorganization, promotion, performance management, pay, and level.
- Solve workplace concerns, lead support on the appropriate investigation or disciplinary processes, and implement appropriate action.
- Advise Partner teams (e.g., OCI, Internal Audit, Global Investigations) on local investigation processes and advise on and support local disciplinary processes.
- Review and advise on performance management situations and fairness of decision making and local processes for restructuring exercises.
