Administration Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**: Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- **Document Handling**: Prepare, format, and file documents, presentations, and reports; maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist visitors, clients, or vendors, ensuring they have a positive experience.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**: Input and update data into systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Support for Projects**: Assist with various office and departmental projects as required.
- **Financial Administration**: Assist with invoicing, budget tracking, and basic financial recordkeeping.
- **Event Planning**: Help organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
Pay: From ₹7,000.00 per month
