**Travel and Accommodation Arrangements**: Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for employees.
**Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records related to attendance, leave, and other administrative matters.
**Communication Handling**: Handle internal and external communications and inquiries.
**Supplier and Vendor Coordination**: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for necessary administrative supplies and services.
**Event Planning**: Plan and coordinate internal events and activities.
**Documentation Support**: Provide support in maintaining and organizing various documents.
**Training and Development Coordination**: Assist in coordinating training and development programs for employees.
**Manpower Planning Assistance**: Support HR in manpower planning and coordination.
**General Administrative Tasks**: Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by HR.
**Employee Grievance Handling**: Assist in handling employee grievances and coordinating with HR for resolutions.
**Coordination with Other Departments**: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth interdepartmental operations.
**Budget Monitoring**: Assist in monitoring and managing the budget for administrative activities.
**Documentation Preparation**: Prepare necessary documentation for HR-related processes.
**Education-** any graduate
