**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing office operations, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with various teams for smooth flow of communication and tasks.
- Support in maintaining databases, filing systems, and documentation.
- Ensure the availability of office supplies and manage inventory efficiently.
- Provide support in event planning, travel arrangements, and other logístical activities.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and help improve administrative processes.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
