**Job Role**:
Admin + Backend Executive
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Student Onboarding Process
2. Attendance Management System
3. Collaborate with internal and external teams to create Lecture Content (on MS Power point, MS Excel, MS Word) and optimize user experience and optimize operations
4. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
5. Effectively managing center operations, online and offline sessions
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry, Data Entry Operator, or Office Clerk.
- Fast typing skills; knowledge of Excel typing systems is strongly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
- Knowledge of Slidesgo, Prezy, Google Slides is preferred
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
- Basic understanding of databases.
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
