**Job Description - Presales**

Together with a sales representative, you are responsible to:

- Identify requests for our platform across various business activities by knowing the client's industry, particular business model, and issues.
- Conduct discovery and qualification meetings with prospects.
- Analyze and find the value our solution will provide to the client's relevant stakeholders in accordance with their company strategy and objectives.
- Prepare, arrange, and lead client workshops with the assistance of our internal teams to demonstrate Digital transformation capabilities and possibilities for them.
- Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align ServiceNow solutions with customer needs.
- Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, and channel partners, Delivery PoCs.
- Answer functional and technical queries from teams and clients

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
