We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Presales individual to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of presales functions, including proactive deal management, RFP/Solution development, 
and a strong background in Product Engineering Services (PES) and some exposure to ASIC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the full cycle of large-scale deals (minimum of $10 million), from funnel creation through to deal closure.
• Develop and implement themes, pitches, and demand generation efforts for proactive deals.
• Craft and present compelling presentations, points of view (POVs), and papers to prospective clients.
• Manage end-to-end RFP/RFQ processes, including customer presentations, understanding and addressing legal, contractual, and financial aspects.
• Accurately estimate and price deals, and tailor different engagement models such as managed services and fixed price contracts.
• Comprehend customer needs through feedback, interactions, and secondary research, and integrate these insights into winning themes for deals and proposals.
• Lead and mentor a team of presales professionals, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to company standards.
Required Qualifications:
• Experienced professional with minimum 8+ years of leadership experience in a presales function, preferably in large engineering services companies.
• Proven track record of handling and closing large deals (over $10 million).
• Strong understanding of ER&D, with a focus on PES and some ASIC exposure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid grasp of legal, contractual, and financial aspects of deals
