**Location **:Work Location : Pune & Gurgaon (1 position each)
**Work Mode **:Gurgaon (Purely Work from Office) & Pune: Work from remote
**PS**:We look to close position at Gurgaon on Top priority, after that Selection you may focus on Pune region
**Salary:

- **Upto 16 LPA including Variable Pay of 10%
**Preferred Notice Period**: Not more than 45 days. Immediate joiners are welcome.
**Mode of Interview**: Virtual

**This role majorly involves-**
- Strong technical understanding of enterprise solution architectures and their integration with existing systems.
- Familiarity with ERP/PLM/DMS/CRM platforms and their functionalities, as well as the ability to provide technical guidance to clients, is highly desirable. Awareness with the specific challenges and trends in these areas is essential.
- So someone who is expertise in consultative and solution-oriented selling, where the focus is on understanding customer needs and tailoring enterprise solutions to meet those needs. The ability to articulate the value proposition of the solutions and address client pain points plays a crucial measure.
- A track record of delivering measurable results and exceeding sales targets in a business development role. A results-oriented mindset is critical for driving business growth and achieving success in this position.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. Effective communication and negotiation skills are necessary for establishing trust and maximizing business opportunities.
- This is going to be an ‘Individual Contributor’ role so someone desire to take up a challenge & outpace the limitations will only come handy.
- Very strong engineering background with capability to conceptualize customer requirements is essential.
- Target based sales with the purview to acquire, engage and scale customer relationships
- Setting up the appointments and scheduling the meetings, Technical Discussions & Demos with the clients.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales. Conducting Follow-ups till the deal gets closed.
- Coordinating with the Tech support team & Managers for strategizing the deals & discussing the prospective leads
- Responsibility also includes technical meetings, On-Site Presentation, understanding the particular requirements and key points of Projects.
- Responsible for revenue generation from India market

**Skill Requirement**:

- Experience working for Enterprise Solution i.e. ERP/PLM/DMS/CRM solutions in the discreet manufacturing industry
- Extensive, relevant experience of selling enterprise software solutions gained within a major software vendor.
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle/ ERP / Application Development and ITeS Domains
- Experience in the domestic market and most importantly in West India region is a must and ideally in an IT services/ consulting / IT software sales firm
- Experience handling large accounts independently
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for generating new business. Generating Sales Leads.
- Coordinating with the Technical team & Managers for strategizing the deals & discussing the prospective leads.
- Initializing the sales and closing the deal with the guidance of Manager.
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers. Liaison with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders.
- Post sales activity: Billing & Collection, Coordination for project deliveries, Implementation etc.
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets. Achieving the Quarterly Targets, Half-Yearly and Yearly targets.

**Salary**: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
