**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar & Schedule Management**:
- Manage and maintain the Chairman’s complex and ever-changing calendar.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and organize daily schedules, ensuring all appointments and meetings are efficiently handled.
- **Communication & Correspondence**:
- Act as the first point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage phone calls and inquiries, ensuring timely responses to urgent matters.
- **Meeting & Event Coordination**:
- Organize, coordinate, and prepare for board meetings, executive meetings, and special events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure that the Chairman is briefed and prepared for all meetings and engagements.
- **Confidential & Strategic Support**:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Assist the Chairman with strategic planning, including gathering information, preparing presentations, and conducting research.
- Coordinate the execution of high-priority projects and tasks, often involving senior executives or external partners.
- **Travel Coordination**:
- Plan and arrange complex travel itineraries, ensuring smooth and efficient travel experiences.
- Ensure that all logistics are managed, including accommodations, transportation, and meeting schedules during travel.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and other documents.
- Process expenses, invoices, and other administrative paperwork as needed.
- Assist with personal administrative tasks as required by the Chairman.
- **Liaison and Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Act as a liaison between the Chairman and various stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, administration, or related field.
- Additional certifications or executive assistant training is a plus.
- **Experience**:
- 1 year experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role, preferably supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-level calendars, communication, and complex logistics.
- **Skills**:
- **English + Hindi Typing min 30 W/m**:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with other productivity software and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders at all levels.
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
