- (2 times a year).
Taking Agenda from Dean Faculty and Chairman BOS.
4. Regulating Academic activity through Academic calendar.
5. Regulating Academic activity of constituents Institutes
Weekly attendance monitoring
Monthly Report of each institute of attendance.
Quarterly Report makes of each Institute.
6. Monitoring of Syllabus revision through BOS.
7. Monitoring fellowship and certificate courses.
8. Monitoring of value added course in each constituent units.
9. Monitoring curriculum based.
i. Field visits/ community
ii. Research Projects.
iii. Industry Internship.
10. Academic feedback from students
i. Each faculty member.
ii. Course Coverage.
iii. Content delivery.
11. Monitor Constituents unit wise:
i. List of Advanced learner.
ii. List of slow learner.
iii. Sem wise/year wise activities for slow learner.
iv. Sem wise/ Year wise Activities for advanced learner.
12. Monitor

13. Execution and monitoring of UGC’s INFLIBNET Databases of People’s University
and uploading Ph D Thesis on Shodhganga
14. Conduct of seminar related to IPR.
