Hands-on experience in using visitor management software and MS office.

**Responsibilities**:
Key Operations delivery
Greeting and welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the front desk and providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
First point of contact for anyone entering the office and play a crucial role in creating an inviting and professional atmosphere.
Managing and answering incoming & outgoing calls / mails, taking accurate messages when necessary.
Taking self-ownership in the work hours by responding to mails appropriately and maintain overall accountability throughout the shift by proper handover & takeover via mail to ensure the follow-ups activities are to be continued without any lapses.
