The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, handling inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.
- Manage visitor sign-in and security procedures, including issuing visitor badges when necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage conference room bookings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Handle complaints or concerns with empathy and escalate them to the appropriate channels when necessary.
- Liaise with internal departments to relay messages, requests, or announcements as needed.
