Trainings: Develop and deliver specialized training programs for restaurant and bar owners, covering product knowledge, effective marketing and sales strategies, and customer engagement techniques tailored to niche markets.

Hosting Events: Plan and execute engaging events, such as product launch parties, tasting sessions, and industry meet-ups, aimed at promoting the products within the alcove market to restaurant and bar owners, their staff, and potentially their customers.

Event Decoration: Ensure that all events, whether hosted by the company or in partnership with restaurants and bars, are decorated and branded in line with the company's visual identity and the product's unique selling points, creating a cohesive and immersive brand experience.

Training Materials: Provide comprehensive training materials, including product guides, marketing collateral, and sales scripts, to support restaurant and bar owners in educating their staff and marketing the products to consumers.

Ongoing Support: Offer continuous support to restaurant and bar owners post-training, including refresher sessions, marketing updates, and advice on best practices for product presentation and promotion.

Peer-to-Peer Learning: Facilitate networking opportunities for restaurant and bar owners to share insights, challenges, and success stories, fostering a community of peers that can grow together.

Performance Tracking: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and events based on sales data, participant feedback, and market trends, making adjustments as needed to improve future initiatives.

Brand Compliance: Monitor all aspects of event presentation and promotional activities within restaurants and bars to ensure compliance with brand standards and to maintain a high-quality, consistent brand image.
