Apart from our website, Nua is today present across more than 20 marketplaces and has also recently entered Offline Channel, largely in Modern Trade and Self-Service Stores.

About the Role


The Trade Marketing Manager will play an important role in strengthening our business in the Offline Channel. Your contributions will be pivotal to build salience of our products in-store and to enhance the offtake of the products.  


The ideal candidate should therefore have experience in Modern Trade Sales, with a mandatory stint in Trade Marketing.


Key Responsibilities


The Trade Marketing Manager drives the following objectives:

  • Grow offtake of our products
  • Increase market share of our products


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create Account-specific Trade Marketing Strategy to drive best-in-class trade presence and engagement with channel partners
  • Ensure width and depth of assortment, at the Account and Store-level
  • Develop tools for enhancing in-shop visibility of products
  • Design engaging promotions to accelerate trials and repeat purchases
  • Lead and scale the Promoter Program to enhance per store offtake 
  • Co-create and develop Hyper-local Marketing Plans to drive footfalls in-store
  • Manage and deploy Trade Marketing budgets within approved levels, to maximize efficiency
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities and formulate strategies in line with business expansion plans


Job Requirement


  • Professional: Min. 5-6 years work experience in Modern Trade Sales and Trade Marketing
  • Educational: MBA
