Taali Foods is a dynamic next-generation snacking brand specializing in "better for you" impulse

snacks, including Makhana, Moong Dal, and Protein Puffs. With a focus on quality and innovation, we

have established a strong presence in both general trade and modern trade channels. To further

amplify our brand presence and drive growth, we are seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial

individual to spearhead our Below the Line (BTL) marketing and in-store marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute comprehensive BTL marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.2. Plan and implement innovative in-store marketing activities, promotions, and campaigns to boost product engagement and conversion rates.3. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets and

ensure effective execution of in-store initiatives.4. Identify and establish partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including retailers, vendors, and agencies, to optimize marketing opportunities and maximize ROI.5. Monitor and analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify insights and opportunities for continuous improvement.6. Manage budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficient execution of marketing initiatives while delivering impactful results.7. Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across departments.8. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in BTL marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.2. Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in BTL marketing, preferably within the FMCG or snacking industry.3. Strong understanding of BTL marketing strategies and techniques, with hands-on experience in executing impactful campaigns.4. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed marketing decisions.7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.8. Flexibility to travel as needed and work closely with on-site sales teams.
