The Trade Marketing Specialist – Insights Centre will be instrumental in driving Red Bull India's market presence by leveraging deep analytical insights. The role involves extracting, synthesizing, and translating data from various sources into actionable strategies for volume growth, distribution enhancement, and executional excellence, ultimately contributing to market share gains.

Analyse internal and external data sources including depletion figures, SAP reports, time and attendance, Nielsen data, Syndicated studies on MIP to formulate a strategic action plan for driving key business KPIs.Enhance engagement and evolve systems through regular interaction with service providers to build a robust and effective infrastructure that minimizes planning lead times and optimizes front-end execution.Innovate and develop new modules to facilitate the upskilling of the workforce through advanced systems, Engaging Interactive tools ensuring timely and accurate data utilization and projections for all business KPIs at various levels and geographiesDeploy and oversee channel investments for premium in-store executions, coordinating with cross-functional teams including channel management, trade marketing, operations, and finance to ensure cohesive efforts.Foster increased customer engagement by establishing, monitoring, and driving business KPIs, ensuring precise reviews, and developing incentive mechanismsContribute to RTM strategy optimization in alignment with the AB1 consumer target, including rationalization and frequency mapping.Manage all aspects of reporting, including local and international monthly and quarterly business reviews, sharing insights and business plans, and distributing tools with appropriate narrations as needed. Degree in management is preferred, with a specialization in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Analytics. Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the FMCG/Retail industry Knowledge and Skills: Strong analytical skills with the capability to integrate information from diverse sources into comprehensive, actionable insights. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of effective cross-functional collaboration. Strong communication skills with a consultative approach to stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in various software tools for data extraction, analytics & insight visualization Personal Attributes: Professional who can interact with the leadership team. A sharp and agile mind that thrives on numerical data and analytics Innovative thinker with the ability to translate insights into exciting, actionable plans that drive sustainable business growth Other Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed for market visits, team interaction, and professional development opportunities Fluency in English and Hindi. Travel 20-30%
