**Who We Are**

**About the Role**

The person in this role will work directly with the Sales Team based at our office in Thane, Maharashtra, and support them with a variety of responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and organized. The Business Coordinator will play a pivotal role in coordinating with customers from South India, leveraging proficiency in languages such as Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion, quotations, PI, orders, etc.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer interactions.
- Ensure clear communication and coordination between sales and internal departments.
- Assist front-line sales associates/managers in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials to enhance their effectiveness.
- Provide support to clients regarding order status, product information, and general inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure product availability for customers.
- Handle various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing sales-related events. Ensure that all sales-related documentation and processes comply with company policies and quality standards.
- Support the sales team in documentation by making entries of sales orders, enquiry and quotations in Tally
- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities aligned with company objectives.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, and manage deadlines efficiently.
- Maintain an organized repository of tender documents.
- Follow up with stakeholders for payments.

**The skills and experience required are**
- Any Bachelor's degree (Degree in life Sciences is preferable)
- Experience of 2-3 years in a sales support, coordination, or back-office role is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English, Hindi
- Fluency in any South Indian language such as Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Advanced Excel), and other relevant tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
