**Responsibilities**:
As an Acquisition Executive specializing in Villa Onboarding, your primary responsibilities will include:
**Villa Acquisition**: Identify potential villa and hotel properties for inclusion in our exclusive portfolio. Utilize your experience and network to source suitable accommodations.
**Onboarding Management**: Collaborate with property owners and managers to facilitate a seamless onboarding process.
**Relationship Management**: Develop and nurture relationships with villa owners, hotel managers, and property partners. Act as a key point of contact for any concerns or inquiries.
**B2B Sales**: Utilize your expertise to negotiate and secure villa and hotel partnerships that align with our brand's standards and expectations.
**Communication Specialist**: Ensuring effective and transparent dialogue throughout the acquisition and onboarding process.
**Onboarding Specialist**: Serve as the onboarding specialist to guide villa owners through the integration process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in villa and hotel acquisition for companies such as Oyo, Airbnb, or similar players in the industry.
Strong network and relationships within the villa and hotel industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A track record of successful B2B sales and partnership building.
A deep understanding of the luxury travel market and the ability to identify properties that meet our brand's high standards.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet acquisition targets.
Knowledge of villa and hotel onboarding best practices.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
