**Primary Role**: Under the supervision of the Executive Director Asia, the Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible for performing complex and routine administrative function and management support to advance institutional priorities. We are looking for a young, bright, proactive and dynamic person who is willing to learn and grow within the development sector with strong focus on gender equality and women and girl's empowerment and enjoys multitasking moving beyond the routine administrative support.
Since the primary function of the Executive Director of the organization include governance, external profiling, business development and providing technical Support to the ongoing research and program activities, we expect that the incumbent should be willing and have that necessary basic skills to assist the executive director in performing these roles. Usually, this would mean assisting the ED in preparing her or his both internal and external meetings including Board meetings and assisting in talks and presentations by putting together the required resource materials as guided by the ED and if needed preparing draft of PowerPoint presentations. At the most basic level this requires keeping track of all institutional resources/publications including ED's publications, and regularly updating the list; creating and maintaining updated contact list of external partners; and regular coordination with the program and operations teams.
**Education**: Bachelor's Degree.
**Salary**: Salary will be commensurate to the required skills and experience.
**Skills**:
- Highly skilled in using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possess excellent communication skills and good command over English Language.
- Strong inter-personal skills to work with all levels of staff and external contact persons.
- Excellent organizing skill with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and professional maturity to handle sensitive matters with tact and discretion is a must.
- Must be self-directed and possess the ability to work independently and in team.
- Ability to handle work pressure and deliver desired result.
