**Job Description: Customer Service Representative**

**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our company's interaction with our international clientele, providing exceptional service and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound inquiries from customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Actively engage in sales campaigns to promote products or services and drive revenue.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies to address customer queries accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum qualification of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of experience in international BPO sales or customer service roles.
- Comfortable working night shifts to accommodate international time zones.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills will be considered.
- Age between 18 to 38 years old.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
