At Jade Stays, we are passionate about creating unforgettable hosting experiences for our customers across our properties in Mumbai. We run Airbnb properties across Mumbai and are looking for a customer service representative to help us provide top-notch support to travelers from across India.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help customers making bookings across our listings through Airbnb, Makemytrip and other platforms
- Assist customers with booking and manage communication with them.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain record of customer bookings and payments
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 year experience in customer service; experience in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent english communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer-centric attitude.
- Proficient in google sheets and have personal laptop access.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
