Customer Relations Executive

We are seeking a Customer Relations Executive to join our dynamic team in Delhi. As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to our company's growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer relations or a similar role.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
