Job Summary:


We're in search of a proactive and results-driven Guest Relations Executive with experience in event and room sales to join our esteemed company. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will play a crucial role in engaging potential customers, promoting our services and packages, and driving sales leads. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a deep understanding of both event sales and room sales in the hospitality industry.


Role and Responsibilities:


·       Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.

·       Provide detailed information about our properties' amenities, room rates, special offers, and event packages to entice potential customers.

·       Utilize persuasive sales techniques to influence customers and secure reservations for both events and room bookings.

·       Maintain a customer-centric approach, focusing on building relationships, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction.

·       Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by consistently closing sales and securing bookings.

·       Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and bookings.

·       Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

·       Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services and secure bookings.


Requirements:


·       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

·       Proficiency in English, and Hindi.

·       Proven experience in event and room sales roles, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the hospitality industry.

·       In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including event management, room sales, customer expectations, and industry trends.

·       Familiarity with CRM software.

·       Strong organizational and time management skills.

·       Ability to work independently while also being a team player.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
