Roles and Responsibilities - Proven experience as a front desk representative or relevant position - Strong communication and people skills. - Manage Front Office, Visitors, Guests - Route calls to specific people. - Handling EPBX Calls incoming and outgoing. - Problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with office machines (e.g. Computer Skills, Printer etc.) - Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping. - Proficient in English (oral and written). - knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word). - Take care of day-to-day admin-related
- activities. - Manage office supplies (Stationary, refreshment, tea/coffee etc.)
