Customer Support Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic **Customer Support Executive** to join our team. Your primary role will be to connect with potential customers (leads provided by the company), understand their needs, and convert them into satisfied customers. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a sales mindset, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Conversion**:
- Call all assigned leads promptly and engage them in meaningful conversations.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions from our product range.
- Persuade potential customers to make a purchase by effectively explaining product benefits and offers.
- **Follow-ups**:
- Maintain a follow-up schedule for unconverted leads and ensure consistent communication.
- Build rapport and provide personalized assistance to maximize conversion.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries about the brand or products.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
- **Reporting & Feedback**:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and the status of leads.
- Share feedback on recurring queries or challenges to improve the sales process.
- **Target Achievement**:
- Meet and exceed conversion and revenue targets to earn attractive incentives.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [specific languages as needed].
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic MS Office tools.
- Passion for kids' products or experience in the industry is a plus.
