**Alumni Coordinator**

This position is responsible for planning and executing engagement activities and programs that connect

alumni with the institution, support their professional and personal growth, and encourage their active

participation in the institution& community. The Alumni Coordinator is a critical link between the

institution and its alumni, ensuring that alumni remain connected and invested in the institution mission.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Alumni Engagement:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy.
- Plan and execute events, reunions, and activities to facilitate alumni interaction with

each other and the institution.

2. Database Management:

- Maintain an up-to-date alumni database, including contact information and career

updates.
- Track alumni engagement and participation in various activities and programs.
- Use data to identify trends and opportunities to improve alumni relations.

3. Communication:

- Create and distribute alumni newsletters, magazines, and other communication

materials.
- Respond to alumni inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

4. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with academic departments and other university units to engage alumni in

educational and research initiatives.
- Coordinate with the marketing and communications team to promote alumni events

and achievements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field (Master& preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of alumni engagement best practices.
- Familiarity with fundraising and donor relations.

Working Conditions:

The Alumni Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the institution& reputation, fostering lifelong connections, and promoting the institution&values and mission through strong alumni relations. This position requires a dedicated individual who can effectively engage with alumni and help them stay connected and engaged with them.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
