**Job Title: Alumni Relations Executive (Full time)**

**Reports to **:Alumni President

**Location**:REVA University, Bengaluru

**Job Summary**:
The Alumni Relations executive plays a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships between the university and its alumni community. This position involves developing and implementing engagement strategies to keep alumni connected, informed, and involved in the university's activities. The executive will work closely with various departments/schools of the University, alumni volunteers, and stakeholders to support the overall mission of the Alumni Cell or Alumni Relations Office.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree; at least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities of the Alumni cell.

2. Good Communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi

**Knowledge, Skills/Abilities Required in Alumni Relations Executive**:

- Assist the functioning of the Alumni cell.
- Manage the Alumni Portal for seamless alumni engagement and communication
- Strong database management skills and ability to produce detailed reports.
- Manage the Social Media Handles of the Alumni Office
- Ability to prepare reports of the events and activities of the events
- Ability to maintain documents and files related to Alumni Cell and coordinate with Alumni Coordinators for updating of the same
- Ability to take notes of the meeting and follow-up the same for smooth execution
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
