**Location**: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
**Position Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: 30,000rs to 40,000rs
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative Support**:
- Manage the politician’s schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events.
**2. Event Coordination**:
- Organize and coordinate political events, rallies, and public appearances.
- Liaise with event organizers, media, and constituents to ensure smooth execution of events.
**3. Research & Briefing**:
- Conduct research on political issues, legislation, and current events relevant to the politician’s agenda.
- Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and summaries for meetings and public engagements.
**4. Constituent Relations**:
- Assist in managing communication with constituents, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns.
- Maintain an updated database of key contacts, including constituents, political allies, and media.
**5. Travel Coordination**:
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Ensure the politician is briefed and prepared for meetings and events during travel.
**6. Confidentiality & Discretion**:
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive political information.
- Exercise discretion in all interactions and decisions.
**Qualifications**:
**1. Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field.
**2. Experience**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in a political or government setting.
- Experience in event coordination and managing high-profile individuals.
**3. Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of political processes and current affairs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**4. Preferred Attributes**:
- High level of political awareness and interest.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in managing social media platforms is a plus.
