Program Flow Chart
- 1st Month - Detailed LSQ product training.
- 2nd and 3rd Month - On job training with aggressive targets of market research, Lead Generation, reaching out to prospective CXOs and generating demos and revenue.
- After 3rd Month - movement to one of the three verticals mentioned below:
1. SMB Sales Executive - The training period can be extended for another 3 months in case of underperformance, otherwise Full Time Employment will be confirmed

2. Solution Consultant - 3 months internship before full time conversion

3. Customer Success Executive
- The training period can be extended for another 3 months in case of underperformance, otherwise Full Time Employment will be confirmed

Please note that the allocation of the department would be based on performance (Minimum 60% of the assigned target needs to achieve for moving ahead, Minimum 70% of the assigned target needs to achieve to qualify for incentives) wherein, you will be doing end to end sales and have revenue target quotas.

1. SMB Sales Executive

Your daily adventure will include:

- Conducting prospecting activities towards targeted accounts, prospect lists.
- Building and cultivating customer relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow up qualification in order to move new business opportunities into the sales funnel.
- Performing initial needs assessment and identifying prospects pain points to determine how LeadSquared’s solutions could address those needs.
- Developing and increasing industry/product knowledge and acumen to position LeadSquared’s value proposition to multiple vertical segments.
- Actively participating in trade show/event planning to secure attendees and maximize prospect meetings for the Sales team.
- Accountable for meeting or exceeding monthly qualified objectives and quotas What you can bring to LeadSquared?

2. Solution Consultant

Your daily adventures will include:

- To deliver a high-quality experience to the prospects & customers during engagement, acquisition, and onboarding
- Present and Demonstrate end-to-end product capabilities to all required point of contacts at prospect’s / customer’s end
- Create Solution Document / Business Proposals, respond to RFQs/RFPs and create quick proof-of-concepts / custom demos / integrations to help sales team negotiate contracts and drive deal closures
- Understand the software and tools’ ecosystem of each prospect/customer and come up with most optimal ways of connecting LeadSq
