Job Title - Trainee - MTP Sales

This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading BYJU's unique way of learning across India.

Your role will entail identification of prospect customers (via various lead channels) and achieving the following
- Assists with the qualification of the opportunities and/or identification of target customers

Explaining them about the benefits of the program, they have selected or shown interest for.

Convincing customers to enroll in a paid premium experience class of the product/program.

Updating task/activities/ relevant information on various company platforms (e.g. LS, CRM, reporting)

Accountable for creation of positive pipeline through strong follow-up to increase sales conversion.

Provide work related updates to reporting managers as required from time to time

Working Days: 6 days a week, with Monday as week-off

You will be expected to achieve the required input & output parameters as required by the business from time to time.
