**Job Description**:
Skillvert is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. This position is a target-based role primarily focused on inside sales, where you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, converting prospects into customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilize various channels and tools to identify and target potential clients and prospects.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication, product knowledge, and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by presenting our innovative educational solutions and highlighting their value proposition.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and strategies.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and segments.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers to improve our products and services.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and sales forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the Edutech industry is a plus.

- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
