Customer Support Agent

Grade : H1
Shifts: Rotational shifts - 9 Hours - Evening Shifts, 2 Rotational Round off.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers located in various international regions.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers in navigating our website, troubleshooting technical problems, and placing orders.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call quality, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance communication and customer service skills.
- Communication skill will able to take a call.
- Cab: One way Cab & One way shuttle.WFO
- Interview Process: 1st round :HR
- 2nd round: Write Assessment(B2 Band Cutt-off)
- 3rd round: Svar (B2 Band Cut-off)
- 4th round: Operation Round.
**Salary**: ₹34,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift
